CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General

Programmers Trend is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, Programmers Trend has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2. Full Payment

Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments will be online. We do not reserve your registration without payment.

An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

3. Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at +91 9381726665.

4. Refund Policy

We provide 80% refund for our online courses if the request is raised within 7 days of batch start date. Post 7 days of batch start, fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

To claim "7-days no question asked" refund, kindly follow the below procedure:

1. Drop an email on: team@programmerstrend.in with a subject "Online course refund | Registered email id". (Please do not forget to provide the registered email id in the subject)

2. Give a valid reason for the refund. [for our internal purpose only]

3. In case of combo courses & career tracks, start dates of complete combo will be considered, not on the course/module basis.

4. Ensure that the email is received within five days of batch start date.

5. Refund amount calculation:

a. 80% refund if you have consumed only the first 2 lectures of the course

b. Prorated refund in case you have consumed more than 2 lectures. For example, if you have watched 10 lectures out of a total of 50 lectures in the course, then 50% of the fees will be refunded

c. Refund will be processed within 25 working days of receiving the refund email.
